Challenge/Achievement:
During design review by the historic planners, the issue arose that the new PG&E meters needed to be located in front of the building and above grade, which impacted the historic character of the building. After an extended back and forth with the historic planners, a compromise solution was agreed upon that made both the planners and PG&E happy.
