Challenge/Achievement:
While it was generally a pretty smooth entitlement process we did need to be careful to respect the neighboring residence, and designed the building in a manner that wouldn’t block sunlight to the residence’s windows. Overall there were very few hiccups though and the project was approved on consent without any objections from the public.
