Challenge/Achievement:
120-Acre Redevelopment Project of the Oakland Army Base required extensive remediation of toxic soils, groundwater, etc.. Massive number of agencies involved due to size of the project, location and nature of the project that included railroads, ports, industrial uses, etc., while also providing record-keeping for the entire project for the city of Oakland.
